Roasted tomato bruschetta 🍅 Eating seasonally is something we’re actively transitioning to — where we eat vegetables and fruits in-season and fresh, and then we preserve some for later in the year. Not only does everything taste better, but it’s cheaper and at its peak nutritional value. (And without preservatives because 😩) Recipe is below! You’ll want to make sure the tomatoes are sitting in a good amount of olive oil, and I filmed some parts quick because we were hungry, but make sure you season well and as you go.
