Everyone I follow who makes homemade cranberry juice says there’s truly nothing like it, so I had to go get more cranberries from the store since it’ll be a while before they’re in season again…. Recipe: 1.5 cups of cranberries 1/4-1/2 cup of sugar splash of lemon juice boiling water Makes 7 quart size jars Fill to 1in headspace and process in a water bath canner for 10-15 mins depending on elevation. Wait 3-4 weeks for the juice to be fully concentrated and ready to drink!
