Cartagena, Day 3. Started the morning wandering through Getsemaní, coffee in hand, watching the neighborhood slowly wake up. Murals, music, little cafés opening their doors — it feels like the creative heart of the city. From there we climbed up to Castillo de San Felipe de Barajas, and standing on those old stone walls you really feel the history of this place. The views over Cartagena are unreal. We circled back to Getsemaní for a long lunch at Casa Túnel, one of those hidden spots you’d walk right past if someone didn’t tell you about it. Dinner at Carmen that night was incredible — easily one of the best meals of the trip — and of course we ended the night the way Cartagena seems to demand… wandering the glowing streets of the Walled City again. Three days in and I’m already not ready to leave. Cartagena Getsemani CartagenaColombia CastilloDeSanFelipe JetSetLatAM TravelDiaries CaribbeanNights
