You’ll find some dunes reach as high as 60 feet (18m)!🌵✨ Unlike regular sand you’d find at the beach or in other deserts, these dunes are made of gypsum crystals, not silica—making them snow-white and much cooler to the touch! 🏜️ White Sands is home to the world's largest gypsum dune field! This is truly one of the most epic and underrated National Parks we have ever visited! Tips to Visit: 
✈️ Fly in to ELP or ABQ and rent a car to drive to the park 🏞️ Enter with a US National Park Pass or Pay $15-25 for a Standard Entrance Pass.
