I didn’t think this recipe would be THIS good!! Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Peppers 🤤 .. Low carb, super satisfying, and packed with flavor! This might be my new go-to dinner! Screenshot Below for recipe: Ingredients • 4 large bell peppers • 1 lb thinly sliced steak (ribeye, sirloin, or shaved steak) • 1 small onion, sliced or diced • 1 cup sliced mushrooms (optional but delicious) • 1 tbsp olive oil • 1 tsp garlic powder • ½ tsp Slap ya Mama seasoning (free arm) @slapyamama . @sauce Truff Salt ( just a pinch for bell peppers) • ½ tsp black pepper • 6–8 slices provolone cheese, White American or Mozerella • Optional: parsley for garnish Instructions 1. Prep the peppers • Preheat oven to 375°F. • Cut peppers in half lengthwise. • Remove seeds and membranes. • Place them in a baking dish. Tip: Bake the empty peppers for 10 minutes first if you want them softer. 2. Cook the filling In a large skillet: 1. Heat olive oil over medium heat. 2. Add onions and mushrooms and cook about 4–5 minutes until soft. 3. Add the steak slices. 4. Season with: • garlic powder • salt • pepper 3.
