👉 Slow and controlled, push through heels

2️⃣ Kettlebell Squats
• 3 sets x 15 reps
👉 Hold KB at chest, sit deep

3️⃣ Side Lunges
• 3 sets x 10–12 reps each side
👉 Keep one leg straight, sit into the working hip

4️⃣ Romanian Deadlifts (RDLs)
• 3 sets x 10–12 reps
👉 Soft knees, hinge at hips, feel hamstrings

5️⃣ Leg Extensions
• 3 sets x 12–15 reps
👉 Pause 1 sec at the top for the burn 🔥
