Smile lines aging you? Here’s a simple makeup trick that uses the principle of light and shadow. When a line or indentation is deep, adding light can help soften its appearance. That’s why I apply a matte highlighter directly into the smile line before concealer. My steps: ✨ Multi-balm first to hydrate the area and help prevent creasing and caking ✨ Matte highlighter to brighten the indentation ✨ Concealer that’s slightly lighter than your skin tone. Wait a couple minutes for concealer to set before blending ✨ Brightening or translucent powder to set ✨ Finishing spray to lock everything in place I used Ilia Beauty Cornstarch Powder, but any good setting powder can work.
