Let me know in the comments what you think if you do! 🙌 INGREDIENTS 4 strawberries 7 oz pistachio cream 1/2 cup toasted kataifi 5 oz dark chocolate melting wafers INSTRUCTIONS 1️⃣ Mix the pistachio cream and toasted kataifi in a bowl. 2️⃣ Pour the chocolate melting wafers into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute, then use a spoon to stir until it all melts. If it needs a little more heat, put it back into the microwave in 10 second increments. 3️⃣ Line a small baking pan with parchment paper. Coat each strawberry with a thin layer of the pistachio cream mixture, then put them in the freezer for 10 minutes. 4️⃣ Dunk them in the melted chocolate and put them back on the baking pan.
