One of the things I love about homeschooling is that we are not tied down to one specific curriculum and we’re not limited if it’s lacking in something that we want to teach our kids or we want our kids to experience. I spent a lot of time pouring over which core curriculums to choose, and while I feel that we chose really great ones this year, they don’t necessarily include everything we want our kids to have exposure to. One of our goals for homeschooling is to give them a really well rounded education so they don’t just know academics, but also have tons of real-world experiences. These were some really great fines that I was able to snag off of Amazon and many of them were under $20. Be sure to save this for later if you’re looking for inspiration and ideas, if you end up finding that your curriculum doesn’t necessarily cover everything you wish it did.
