This morning felt like a blur… but the kind of blur I once prayed for. It’s full, it’s busy, and it requires everything from both of us, but this is the life we asked God for. Not just the house, not just the children… but this. Doing life together. Side by side. Not one carrying it all, but both of us showing up fully. There were seasons where I begged God to fix things, to change things, to make it easier… and now I see—He was building us into the kind of couple who could handle this kind of life together. “Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.” — Ecclesiastes 4:12 We are not perfect. We are not always rested. But we are aligned. And that has changed everything. If you’re in a season where it feels heavy, where you’re praying for partnership, for unity, for help… don’t stop praying. Don’t stop doing the work. God can shift a marriage in ways you never imagined. Because one day you’ll look up in the middle of the chaos and realize… this is the very life you once cried out for. Grateful. Every single day.
