‼️Dud you know that 82% of avocado oils on U.S. shelves were either rancid or mixed with cheaper oils (like soybean or canola), even when labeled “pure.” Many “extra virgin” avocado oils are not regulated like olive oil, so quality assurance is weak.🙈 That’s why a bit of research here is so important ! Especially since it’s the easiest and most beneficial high cooking oil. Unrefined avocado oil has a smoke point around 480°F (250°C), and refined can reach 520°F, making it one of the safest oils for high-heat cooking without producing harmful compounds.
