Steak prices are no joke right now, and the last thing you want after spending that kind of money at the grocery store is to overcook your steaks. We learned a long time ago that guessing is never worth the risk.

We use two thermometers when we grill steaks. A wireless internal thermometer monitors the temperature the whole time they’re on the grill, and then right before we pull them off we do a final check with our ThermoWorks Thermopop instant read thermometer. That two-second reading gives us the confidence to pull them at exactly the right moment every single time.
