Well today was a weird one.. I’ll save you the stressful story since the take away was the most important. I took myself out of what could’ve been a scary situation. I listened to my gut and focused on what was important to me and canceled a meeting. I instantly felt relef after sending that email. And I was reminded by a friend that we need to be sure to listen to those little signs our bodies tell us. I had a knot in my stomach telling me that this there was something not right about this meeting. It doesn’t have to be about work like it was for me, it could be anything really. But if it’s bringing you anxiety or you have an overwhelming feeling that you shouldn’t go, don’t! It’s not worth it! You’re body, gut, intuition... whatever you want to call it always knows best! photo from our projecthoustonheights [full home tour on @smpliving] 📷: @laura.delacruz @liketoknow.it @liketoknow.it.home liketkit LTKhome http://liketk.it/2zixA
