This Crockpot Beef Ramen might be one of the easiest dinners I’ve made lately! 🙌🥢

The beef cooks low and slow all day until it’s fall-apart tender, then you just add ramen noodles when you’re ready to eat. SO easy and so good!

And the best part? You can completely customize it with whatever toppings your family likes — soft-boiled eggs, green onions, sriracha, chili crisp… or just keep it simple like we did!

Dump-and-Bake Chicken Broccoli & Rice Casserole 🥦🧀

Dinner doesn’t get easier (or tastier) than this creamy, cheesy, one-dish casserole! Perfect for busy weeknights, this crowd-pleaser is packed with chicken, broccoli, and rice—all baked together for ultimate comfort food vibes.

Ingredients:
• 2 cups uncooked rice
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 can cheddar cheese soup
• 2 cups chicken broth or water
• 2 cups broccoli florets
• 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
• 1-2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions:
1️⃣ Dump 2 cups of uncooked rice, cream of chicken soup, and cheddar cheese soup into a 9x13 casserole dish. Add 2 cups of chicken broth and stir until combined.
2️⃣ Mix in 2 cups of cooked broccoli florets and 2 cups of shredded chicken. Toss in a few handfuls of shredded cheddar cheese and stir everything together.
3️⃣ Bake uncovered at 350°F for 20 minutes.
4️⃣ Pull out the dish, sprinkle with more shredded cheese, and bake for another 5 minutes until the cheese is perfectly melted.

That’s it—dinner is ready! 😍 Serve it up and watch your family go back for seconds.

EASY WEEKNIGHT DINNER IDEA 😋🙌🏼

If you need a dinner that requires almost ZERO effort, SAVE THIS ONE!! 👏🏼 These sweet & tangy BBQ meatballs are made right in the slow cooker and served over jasmine rice. SO easy, SO good, and totally family-approved!

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 (26–32 oz) bag frozen meatballs
• 2 cups BBQ sauce
• 2 heaping tbsp orange marmalade
• 1 cup water
• Jasmine rice

DIRECTIONS:
1. Add the frozen meatballs, BBQ sauce, orange marmalade, and water to your slow cooker. Stir gently to coat.
2. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours.
3. Once cooked, stir well to evenly coat the meatballs in that yummy sauce!
4. Prepare your jasmine rice according to the package directions. Microwaveable rice works GREAT when you need to get dinner on the table fast!
5. Spoon the saucy meatballs over a bed of warm jasmine rice.
6. Serve and ENJOY!

Busy night? No problem! These Crockpot Pork Chops are creamy, flavorful, and require just 3 ingredients for the perfect family dinner.

Ingredients:
• 4 boneless pork chops
• 1 packet ranch seasoning
• 2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Instructions:

1️⃣ Place pork chops in the crockpot.
2️⃣ Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the top.
3️⃣ Pour in both cans of cream of mushroom soup.
4️⃣ Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours, until tender.

We served ours with rice (using the delicious gravy from the crockpot), mashed potatoes, and a side salad. You can pair it with any of your favorite veggies!

🛒 Ingredients: • 1 lb ground beef • 2 to 3 tbsp minced garlic • 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce • 1 (20 oz) package three cheese ravioli • Shredded mozzarella cheese

👩‍🍳 Directions:
1. Brown the ground beef, then stir in the minced garlic and marinara sauce.

This is one of those family-favorite meals that everyone comes back for seconds! It makes a ton of food, requires very little prep, and tastes just as delicious reheated the next day. Save this one for a busy weeknight! 👇

🗒️ INGREDIENTS:
• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 jar pasta sauce, 24 ounces
• Lasagna noodles, uncooked
• 1 container ricotta cheese, 16 ounces
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, plus more for topping
• 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for topping
• 1 egg
• 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning

🥘 DIRECTIONS:
1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet, then drain any excess grease. Stir in the jar of pasta sauce.
2. In a separate bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, 1 cup Parmesan, egg, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
3. Add one-third of the meat sauce to the bottom of your crockpot. Layer uncooked lasagna noodles over the sauce, breaking them as needed to fit.
4. Spread half of the cheese mixture over the noodles. Repeat with another layer of meat sauce, noodles, and the remaining cheese mixture.
5. Top with the remaining meat sauce, then add a few handfuls of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
6. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours or LOW for 4 to 6 hours, until the noodles are tender.

🗒️ SUPER EASY CROCKPOT CHICKEN SPAGHETTI:
1. Throw 2-3 chicken breasts in the crockpot, 1 can of cream of chicken soup, 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, 1 can of rotel, 1 8 oz block of cream cheese, 2 tbsp of minced garlic, 1-2 tbsp of both onion powder and paprika, salt and pepper. Cook on low 4-6 hours or high 2-3 hours.
2. Once cooking time is done, shred or cube your chicken and put back in the crockpot.
3. Cook 1 box of spaghetti noodles or your favorite pasta until done, drain & toss in crockpot & mix well.
4. ENJOY!

Looking for a cozy, one-pot dinner that’s a hit with the whole family? Try this crockpot baked ziti—so easy to make and full of cheesy goodness. Perfect for busy weeknights or when you need a comfort meal!

Ingredients:

• 32 oz ricotta cheese
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp dried basil
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese + more for topping
• 48 oz marinara sauce (2 jars, 24 oz each)
• 12 oz gluten-free penne pasta
• 16 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 lb ground beef

Instructions:

1. Brown ground beef on the stove until cooked through.
2. In a bowl, mix ricotta, eggs, 1 cup mozzarella, 1/4 cup parmesan, basil, salt, and pepper.
3. Spray your crockpot with non-stick spray and layer the bottom with marinara sauce.
4. Add half of the ground beef, followed by a layer of pasta.
5. Drop 5 scoops of the ricotta mixture and top with mozzarella cheese.
6. Repeat the layering 2 more times.
7. Finish with a layer of sauce, mozzarella, and parmesan.
8. Cook on HIGH for 2-2.5 hours.

That’s it! A delicious meal made right in your slow cooker & it’s so good heated back up as leftovers! 🍽️

Creamy Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Shells

Ingredients:
- 20-24 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works perfectly!)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella (for filling)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
- 4-6 spoonfuls Prego Traditional pasta sauce (for topping)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F
2. Cook jumbo shells al dente and drain
3. Mix chicken, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper until combined
4. Pour half the Alfredo sauce into a greased 9x13 dish
5. Stuff each shell and place in dish
6. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over shells
7. Drop 4-6 spoonfuls of Prego sauce scattered across the top
8. Top with shredded mozzarella
9. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes
10. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes until bubbly and golden
11. Garnish with parsley and serve with garlic bread and Caesar salad!

🥘 Crockpot Italian Chicken Pasta

Recipe:
Add 1 jar of pasta sauce, 1 jar of Alfredo sauce, & 3 chicken breasts to your crockpot. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, & red pepper flakes. Mix it all together then cook on high for 3-4 hours or low 5-6 hours. One cooked, shred your chicken. Dump in a box of pasta (I use penne but feel free to use whatever pasta you like). You can also add a little water here if you need more liquid. Make sure pasta is completely covered and cook on low for another 30-45 mins until pasta is cooked. Add mozzarella on top, cover and let the cheese melt. Then it’s ready to eat! 🤤

• 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided

Instructions
1.Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 3-quart baking dish.
2.Spread about ½ cup Alfredo sauce on the bottom of the dish.
3.Arrange half of the frozen ravioli in an even layer.
4.Top with the cooked sausage, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes.
5.Pour 1½ cups Alfredo sauce over the top.
6.Sprinkle with half of the mozzarella and half of the Parmesan.
7.Add the remaining ravioli in an even layer.
8.Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the ravioli.
9.Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
10.Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour, removing the foil during the last 15 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
11.Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Ingredients:

• Mayo
• Pepperoni, ham, turkey & salami
• Provolone cheese
• Shredded lettuce & purple onion
• Banana peppers & sliced tomato

1. Mayo side down on medium high heat until golden

🇬🇷 Easy Greek Pasta Salad — light, fresh, and packed with flavor!

This is one of my favorite quick and easy pasta salads to make for lunch meal prep, cookouts, or an easy summer side dish. I use protein pasta to give it a little boost, and it’s always a hit! 🙌✨

🥗 Ingredients:

1 (16 oz) box rotini pasta (I use Protein+ pasta)
1 ½ cups halved grape tomatoes
1 ½ cups diced cucumber
½ small red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 cup Greek salad dressing (more or less to taste)

👩‍🍳 Directions:
1️⃣ Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
2️⃣ Add cooked pasta to a large bowl.
3️⃣ Toss in tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta.
4️⃣ Pour Greek dressing over everything and mix well.
5️⃣ Chill before serving, or enjoy immediately!

Optional Add-Ins: Sliced kalamata olives, grilled chicken, or fresh parsley 🍋🫒

Easy Chicken Parmesan & Rice Bake 🧀🍗

Y'all this one is SO good and it comes together so fast on a weeknight! One bowl, one skillet, one baking dish and dinner is DONE. 🙌

🛒 INGREDIENTS
🍗 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
🧈 2 tbsp butter
🧂 ½ tsp each salt & pepper
🌶️ 1 tsp smoked paprika
🧅 1½ tsp onion powder
🌿 1 tsp Italian seasoning
🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
🫙 3 tbsp BWW Parmesan Garlic Sauce
🍚 1 cup instant white rice
🍗 1 cup chicken broth
🧀 1½ cups shredded mozzarella
🧀 2 oz cream cheese, cubed
🥓 4 pieces bacon, cooked & crumbled
🌿 Dried parsley for garnish

📋 INSTRUCTIONS
1️⃣ Toss cubed chicken with all seasonings and BWW sauce in a bowl until fully coated.
2️⃣ Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
3️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13 dish, add rice and broth, stir to combine.
4️⃣ Spoon chicken over rice and scatter cream cheese cubes on top.
5️⃣ Cover tightly with foil and bake 15-20 minutes.
6️⃣ Uncover, top with mozzarella and bacon crumbles, bake another 8-10 minutes until bubbly and golden. 🤤
7️⃣ Garnish with dried parsley and serve hot!
