• Ice roller — great for calming inflammation and giving my system a quick “pause” moment
• Blue light blocking glasses — especially in the evenings to support sleep and circadian rhythm
• Red light therapy — something I personally love for recovery and overall regulation
• Magnesium bath flakes — a nightly or end-of-day ritual that helps muscles relax and signals calm to the body
