Friday Faves - Spring Break Edition!

1. Quince Kid's Swimsuits: I ordered these last year and immediately wished I had found them sooner. The quality feels so much better than most kids’ suits, and the coverage is great for long pool days and beach trips. They’re so cute and actually hold up to chlorine and sunscreen. Packing these every time.

2. Supergoop! Glowscreen SPF 40: This is my spring and summer skin secret. It gives that dewy, glowy base while still providing SPF coverage. I wear it alone or under makeup. It evens everything out just enough to make my skin look alive, even on tired mornings.

3. Quince Italian Leather Cutout Sandal: These are such a chic, wear-with-everything sandal. The leather feels really high quality and the cutout detail makes them look elegant but still simple. They’re comfortable enough for walking around all day but polished enough to wear to dinner.

4. Target XL Straw Tote Bag: This bag has been my go-to for beach days. It holds so much: towels, sunscreen, snacks, water bottles without feeling bulky. I love the classic straw look for beach days or pool afternoons, but I’ve also been carrying it to the farmers market. Easy, functional and very summer-coded.

5. Quay Big Debut Sunnies: These are my grab-and-go statement sunnies. The oversized shape is flattering and makes even a basic outfit feel styled. They feel sturdy and expensive but are still such a good price point. I’ve been reaching for these nonstop lately.

6. Quay Nice Try Sunnies: A little more classic and everyday compared to the oversized pairs, these are super wearable and goes with everything from workout sets to dresses. Lightweight, comfortable, and not too trendy, just a really solid pair I keep in my bag at all times.

This High-Protein Samoas Yogurt Bowl hits all the cookie cravings. It’s packed with protein, indulgent and keeps me full and satisfied. 🍫🥥

Here’s how to make it:
• 1 5.3 oz container coconut Greek yogurt or Sykr
• ½ scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
• 1 tablespoon date caramel
• 2 tablespoons toasted unsweetened shredded coconut
• ¼ cup chocolate Catalina Crunch, lightly crushed
• 3 Simple Mills Sweet Thins, crushed
• 1 Tablespoon chocolate chips (as is or melted)

1️⃣ Add yogurt into a bowl and swirl in 1 Tablespoon of the date caramel.
2️⃣ Sprinkle toasted coconut evenly over the top. Sprinkle on crushed cereal and cookies.
3️⃣ Melt chocolate chips and drizzle on top. Drizzle on a little more date caramel and enjoy.

I tried @collegenutritionist’s Strawberry Cheesecake Yogurt Bowl and it’s so good! Creamy, crunchy, sweet, and takes 5 minutes to throw together. It feels like dessert but keeps me full and satisfied.

Here’s how to make it:
• 1½ cups non-fat Greek yogurt
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp honey
• 8–12 Simple Mills Sweet Thins, crushed
• 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
• 1 Tbsp white chocolate chips (I used Lily’s)

1️⃣ Stir yogurt, vanilla, and honey until smooth.
2️⃣ Sprinkle crushed sweet thins on top.
3️⃣ Add sliced strawberries.
4️⃣ Melt white chocolate chips (10–15 sec intervals in the microwave) and drizzle over the top.

Macros: 413 cals | 9g fat | 51g carbs | 6g fiber | 39g protein
