I protected my face and décolletage with a combo of two sunscreens for 20% zinc oxide protection (Juice Beauty) and a little extra color (Tarte) to match my tanner. Also recommend the lavender scent of the mineral deodorant over the unscented. Had some pre workout and did a leg circuit and glute focused lifting session. Morning skincare stack: cleanse, tone, exfoliate, sunscreen.

STEP 1: the cleanser I normally use is no longer sold, but I’ll be going with the Resist hydrating cleanser next (linked below).

STEP 2: really hydrating toner for my dry skin, contains hyaluronic acid.

STEP 3: this BHA exfoliant keeps away acne and bumps and my keeps pores small.

STEP 4: 20% zinc oxide in this cc cream sunscreen and makes my skin so dewy, it works nicely as a primer. I get the color beach glow.

Simple and effective skincare routine.

High protein pasta: made from just fava beans and brown rice - and tastes like the real deal! 25g of protein from plants in just 3.5oz. Added grape tomatoes (boiled with the pasta), topped with plant butter, nutritional yeast (also really high in protein), parsley and salt to taste.
