Warm-up

* 10 minutes on the treadmill
* 5 minutes of dynamic stretching

Movement flow — 5 rounds

* One-legged push-up to runner’s stretch. Alternate sides. 5 reps per side each round.

Strength circuit — 2 rounds

* 12 deadlifts
* 12 sumo squats
* 12 split squats with a core rotation per side
* 12 single-leg RDLs per side
* 10 lateral raises with a glute kick per side

Glutes and core

* 20 glute bridge pushes
* 1 minute of glute marches
* 25 stability-ball lower crunches
* 10–15 stability-ball oblique crunches per side
* Hand-to-toe crunches:
5 per side, then 4, 3, 2, and 1 per side

Cool-down

* 2–3 minutes of stretching

I feel like the jacket is a bit small so Maggie got a medium jacket, small pants and is 5'6".

We struck out on the Ella Jammies but Maggie found a $20 fleece set that looks like Abercrombie.

Some of our favorite workout sets. Grace wears a lot of aerie and New Balance she texted me yesterday her mother texted me shoes.

An autoimmune diagnosis was a wakeup call for Grace.. so she cut out gluten, increased her protein, started strength training 4-5 days a week and joined a Bible study. Here's her workout-ish… she kind of rotates and mixes lower body, then upper and then a little of both for a full workout separated by Pilates.
