Recipe below 👇🏾🦃 Juicy Turkey - Make a brine the day before you intend to cook - Bring to boil a pot of water then add 1 cup kosher salt @redmondrealsalt and 1 cup brown sugar - After they dissolve put into a food safe 5 gallon bucket and fill at least half way with ice cold water and add some ice just for good measure - Spatchcock your turkey from @wholefoods (cut out the back bone) - Place turkey into the brine mixture and put into the fridge till ready to cook the next day - DAY 2 - Set @traegergrills to 250 - While traeger is heating up pull turkey out and pat dry - In a pot add about 2-3 sticks of butter and add bbq rub - After melted and golden inject butter into turkey - Apply your favorite rub @kosmosq - Put in @meatermade and set to 163 - Smoke turkey for ~3 hours then increase your temperature to 350 till internal temperature reaches 163 - Take off grill and let it rest for 30 minutes - Carve and enjoy!
