Recipes 126 & 127 of 457 are the Green Bean Casserole and the Pumpkin Cheesecake, and here is how they turned out. The green bean casserole was creamy and savory with a crisp topping that stayed light on the fork, I am sure to start placing these homemade fried onions on everything! The pumpkin cheesecake set beautifully with a smooth, velvety texture and the warm spice of the gingersnap crust in every bite.
