No bees? No problem!! 🐝

If your squash flowers aren’t getting pollinated, you can step in and do it yourself in just a few seconds.

Here’s how: Transfer pollen from a male flower to a female flower using a small brush.

*The male flower grows on a long, thin stem and contains pollen in the center. The female flower has a tiny baby squash directly behind the bloom.

It’s one of those simple garden tricks that can make a big difference in your harvest.

Have you ever hand-pollinated your squash? I’m pretty diligent about it and it has helped so much.

Just one tiny zucchini plant in my @vego_garden grew so large and is producing so well! 🙂

Sweet, salty, fresh, and the perfect side dish for summer! 🍉 🌞

This watermelon salad is one of the easiest things to throw together for BBQs, pool days, or just hot afternoons at home. The feta, mint, lime, and balsamic glaze make the watermelon taste SO good.

Just combine:
• cubed watermelon
• crumbled feta
• fresh mint or basil
• a drizzle of olive oil
• balsamic glaze
• lime juice

Serve chilled and enjoy ✨

A simple little kitchen habit that helps our greens stay clean + fresh longer 🥬

My greens wash:
• Large bowl of cold water
• 2 tbsps baking soda OR about 1/4 cup of vinegar
• Soak for 5 minutes, then rinse well

After that, I spin dry, let them finish drying on a towel, and refrigerate in a container with a paper towel underneath.

Makes salads and snacks so much easier during the week ✨

🍋🌱Lemon whipped cream is one of the easiest ways to make a simple dessert feel a little more special this time of year. It’s light, fresh, and comes together in minutes.

🍋Lemon Whipped Cream Recipe
1 cup heavy cream
2–3 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp fresh lemon zest
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract

Whip everything together until soft, fluffy peaks form.

Spoon it over fruit, pancakes, or use it to dress up a boxed cake to make it feel homemade. Perfect for spring and summer gatherings.

It’s going to be 94 degrees today 🥵 so watering our plants early! Watering vegetables and herbs in our raised garden bed is a favorite part of our morning routine!

#LTKSeasonal #LTKmorningroutine #LTKHome
I recently learned this little gardening hack and it makes transplanting vegetables a ton easier! 🌱And my son thinks it’s so much fun 🥰 so we tried it in our raised garden beds.

🌱 Instead of digging a random hole and hoping it’s the right size, you use the nursery pot to create the perfect one.

Here’s how I do it:
	1.	Dig a hole where you want your plant to go
	2.	Place the empty nursery pot into the hole
	3.	Push soil around the pot so it forms a snug shape
	4.	Pull the pot out
	5.	Take the plant out of the container and place it into the perfectly sized hole

It fits exactly right and helps keep the roots from getting disturbed!

Simple little tricks like this make gardening so much more enjoyable.

Have you ever tried planting this way?

This wall looked plain and unfinished… as if something was missing.

Adding this vertical garden wall turned it into the anchor of our entire side patio 🌿

Now everything flows around it, and the space feels pulled together. This is the power of vertical gardening 🌱

I planted it with succulents because they’re so easy to care for, thrive for years, and look beautiful year-round.

I didn’t build anything—just found a wall planter and made it work for our space.

If you have a small yard, why not try something like this on a wall? It’s one of my favorite things about my home ♥️

The kitchen pieces I’d buy again.

These are the little things in my kitchen that get used constantly and make everyday cooking feel easier (and honestly a lot prettier too).

• a simple citrus juicer for fresh lemon or lime
• glass pantry jars so nothing gets forgotten
• my loose-leaf tea maker
• a salad spinner I use for greens and berries
• and cocktail glasses that make even a simple drink feel special

Small upgrades, but they really do make a difference in how a kitchen feels day to day.

#LTKfoodie #LTKHome #LTKmomlife
As a mom, I find a flavored iced coffee drink is a wonderful little treat that helps me function better during the day. Lately I’ve been making iced lavender lattes at home using this simple lavender syrup, and it makes my drink feel special.

I like keeping the syrup in a glass syrup dispenser so it’s easy to pour and looks pretty on the counter.

Try it it’s worth the effort! *Make sure you’re using culinary lavender — the kind sold for cooking. You can usually find it from a farmers market vendor that sells herbs or in the herb section at garden centers.

Lavender Simple Syrup Recipe:

Ingredients
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup sugar
• Fresh culinary lavender flowers

Directions
Bring the water and sugar to a simmer and stir until the sugar fully dissolves. Turn off the heat, add the lavender flowers, and let them steep for about 20 minutes. Strain and pour the syrup into a glass dispenser or jar.

Use a tablespoon or so in iced coffee or lattes for a light floral flavor.

My favorite margarita and cocktail glasses; they’re perfect for hosting or for enjoying on your own time! They’re sturdy and not fragile; easy to clean and store! They’re sturdy also make any drink feel so much more elevated. Love them!

This is your reminder to use your herbs beyond garnish.

Fresh lavender and mint in ice molds instantly elevate cocktails, mocktails, or sparkling water. It takes five minutes, but the detail changes the whole glass.

I love incorporating herbs throughout the home — especially if you grow them. There’s so much more you can do with them than just cook.

This is the first in a series of herb ideas I’ll be sharing this season.

Save this for spring hosting.

How to make them:

• Use culinary-grade lavender only (ornamental lavender isn’t food safe).
• Add a few fresh mint leaves and a small pinch of culinary lavender to each ice mold.
• Fill with filtered water.
• Freeze until solid.

Use in cocktails, mocktails, or sparkling water and let them slowly melt into the glass. 🌿🍸

Glass jars are the easiest way to elevate everyday ingredients. Pasta, rice, flour… it all feels more intentional when it’s out of the box and into something simple and clean. It also reminds you of the ingredients you have on hand!

It’s one of those small kitchen upgrades that makes the whole space look more pulled together — without doing a full pantry overhaul.

I linked the exact jars I use.

I started doing this the day we get home from the store and it completely changed how we snack during the week.

When the fruit is washed, dried, and ready to grab, we actually eat it.
No digging through the fridge.
No “I’ll wash it later.”
No sad, moldy berries hiding in the back.

It takes a few extra minutes up front, but it saves money, reduces waste, and makes healthy snacks the easy choice all week.

This is one of those small home routines that makes mom life feel a little more put together ✨

Do you wash and prep your produce right away, or later in the week?

If you want a soothing, calming drink at night… make this 🍎🍊✨

It smells lovely and tastes like a warm little reset.
Perfect for when your fruit has aged and you’re looking to use it up instead of throwing it away! 🌱

My fruit tea recipe:
1 chopped apple + chopped orange
cinnamon + mint leaves
rooibos (or any decaf tea)
boiling water
steep 10 minutes

Save this for your next wind-down 🤍

The easiest Golden Milk Latte 🤍

When I want something comforting, I make this golden milk latte with a golden tea powder by @harneytea that I picked up at @worldmarket. It’s simple, warm, and tastes like a little treat.

Golden Milk Latte Recipe
☕️ 1 cup warm milk (I use oat milk)
✨ 1 Tbsp golden milk powder
🍯 2 tsp honey
🫧 1/2 cup milk (for frothing)
🌿 Cinnamon, for topping

How to make it:
	1.	Warm 1 cup of milk and stir in 1 Tbsp golden milk powder until dissolved.
	2.	Stir in 2 tsp honey.
	3.	Froth about 1/2 cup milk until thick and foamy.
	4.	Pour the foam on top and finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.

📣If you want to make your own Golden milk powder from scratch, then you can try this recipe: (1 Serving = 1 Tbsp)

Mix together:
	•	1 ½ tsp ground turmeric
	•	1 tsp ground cinnamon
	•	½ tsp ground ginger
	•	¼ tsp ground cardamom (optional but amazing)
	•	Pinch nutmeg (optional)
	•	Tiny pinch ground black pepper (important)
	•	½ tsp coconut sugar or brown sugar (optional for sweetness)

Save this for later 🤎

Washing fruit now = easy snacks all week 🍓🫐
I do this as soon as I get home so everything is clean, ready to grab, and actually gets eaten 🙌
Little routines like this make the week feel so much easier.

Fruit washing “RECIPE” 🤍
-Fill a large bowl with cold water + 1–2 tbsp baking soda.
-Add fruit, let soak 5–10 minutes, then rinse and dry well.

A cozy little hot cocoa bar for the holidays ☕️✨
One of my favorite ways to make the house feel festive—especially on cold December nights.

I used four glass jars for the essentials:
• chocolate chips
• peppermint candy cane stirrers
• cocoa powder
• mini marshmallows

Added a few Christmas touches and placed everything on a marble tray near our coffee makers. Simple, cute, and so fun for hosting.

Hosting hack: make your hot cocoa feel extra cozy with homemade whipped cream. It tastes richer and fluffier than anything you can buy—and it takes minutes. 🤍✨

Here’s how to make it:

Fluffy Whipped Cream (from scratch)
• 1 cup cold heavy cream
• 2–3 tbsp powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract (or vanilla bean paste)
• Pinch of salt

Whip it:
Add everything to a chilled bowl and mix on medium–high until soft peaks form. Don’t overwhip—stop when it looks cloud-like and silky.
Use it on hot cocoa, pies, morning coffee, or your holiday desserts. 🎄

If you’re hosting this season, make this pretty pumpkin loaf. It’s the simplest pumpkin bread recipe but looks like you spent hours on it — the harvest pan does all the work. 🎃✨

Grease the pan really well, pour in your batter, and when it’s done baking it pops right out with every little detail perfectly intact. Soft, moist, and perfect for Thanksgiving, Friendsgiving, or gifting the hostess.

Save this one for your holiday menu. 🍂🤎

Pumpkin Bread Batter
	•	1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
	•	1 tsp baking soda
	•	½ tsp baking powder
	•	½ tsp salt
	•	1 ½ tsp cinnamon
	•	1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
	•	1 cup pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie filling)
	•	1 cup granulated sugar
	•	½ cup light brown sugar, packed
	•	½ cup neutral oil (canola or vegetable)
	•	2 large eggs, room temp
	•	1 tsp vanilla extract
	•	¼ cup milk

Instructions

Prep
	1.	Preheat oven to 350°F.
	2.	Generously grease every nook of your harvest loaf pan with butter or oil

Make the Pumpkin Batter
	1.	In a bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients:
flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice.
	2.	In a separate large bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients:
pumpkin purée, sugars, oil, eggs, vanilla, and milk.
	3.	Add dry ingredients to wet and mix gently until combined. Do NOT overmix.
 4. Spoon the pumpkin batter into the loaf pan. Smooth it evenly into all the harvest details.
5. Bake at 350°F for 55–65 minutes, depending on your pan’s depth. A skewer inserted into the pumpkin part should come out clean.

This pan requires a little patience:
	1.	Let the loaf cool 15 minutes in the pan.
	2.	Loosen edges gently with a plastic knife.
	3.	Flip onto a cooling rack and let it finish cooling before slicing.

Dust with powdered sugar for that cozy “holiday hosting” effect.

Holiday simmer pot magic ✨
Nothing makes the house feel cozier than a warm stovetop simmer. A few oranges, cinnamon sticks, cloves, and fresh rosemary… and suddenly it smells like Christmas.

I use this glass stovetop simmer pot so I can see everything bubbling away — it’s pretty and practical. Would make a great Christmas gift, too!

Throwing it back to last year’s Christmas decor ✨
Soft greens, gold and silver shimmer, and a flocked tree that made the whole house feel magical.

And the little Christmas village houses from @michaelsstores ? They were one of my favorite details — warm lights, natural textures, and that charming “tiny town during Christmas” vibe.

But this year, we’re bringing in pops of red. I want my son to grow up with that classic Christmas feeling — red, gold, green, cozy, and nostalgic.

Anyone else decorating early this year? 🎄We love enjoying our Christmas decor for as long as possible, it brings us joy so that’s why we do it! I just can’t bring myself to wait until after Thanksgiving 🤭 🦃

Halloween is in two days… but fun fact: I shot this tablescape back in July 😂🖤

The blogging/creator world is a little wild like that — pumpkins in summer, Christmas trees in September and October.

If you’ve ever wondered why bloggers or influencers are decorating for Halloween while it’s 90º out… it’s because social media algorithms (especially Pinterest) take months to rank seasonal content. Plus, retailers put out their holiday products earlier every year, so we have to keep up. 😂

Here’s the tablescape I created this year — moody with a touch of spooky and so easy to recreate with things you might already have at home 🕯🎃

Which detail is your favorite? The books, floating candles, or the table runner? 🎃
