A simple little kitchen habit that helps our greens stay clean + fresh longer 🥬 My greens wash: • Large bowl of cold water • 2 tbsps baking soda OR about 1/4 cup of vinegar • Soak for 5 minutes, then rinse well After that, I spin dry, let them finish drying on a towel, and refrigerate in a container with a paper towel underneath.
