No bees? No problem!! 🐝 If your squash flowers aren’t getting pollinated, you can step in and do it yourself in just a few seconds. Here’s how: Transfer pollen from a male flower to a female flower using a small brush. *The male flower grows on a long, thin stem and contains pollen in the center. The female flower has a tiny baby squash directly behind the bloom. It’s one of those simple garden tricks that can make a big difference in your harvest. Have you ever hand-pollinated your squash? I’m pretty diligent about it and it has helped so much. Just one tiny zucchini plant in my @vego_garden grew so large and is producing so well! 🙂 gardentips vegogarden
