Homemade pumpkin spice syrup 🎃☕️ Skip the store-bought syrup and make this easy pumpkin spice syrup at home with real pumpkin, warm fall spices and simple ingredients. It’s perfect for pumpkin spice lattes, iced coffee, cold foam, or even drizzled over pancakes. Pumpkin Spice Syrup 1 cup water 1 cup brown sugar, packed 1/3 cup pumpkin purée 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of salt Add the water, brown sugar, pumpkin purée, pumpkin pie spice and salt to a small saucepan. Bring to a gentle simmer, whisking until the sugar dissolves. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla. For a smoother coffee-shop-style syrup, strain through a fine-mesh strainer. Let cool, then store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Use about 1–2 tablespoons per latte or coffee, depending on how sweet you like it. The glass syrup dispenser, stovetop pot and measuring spoons I used are linked in my shop. 🤎 pumpkinspice pumpkinspicelatte fallrecipes LTKfoodie LTKHome LTKmomlife
