Started macro counting last Wednesday again…. Not to punish but to inform. And I lost four pounds in the first two days 😳 it is amazing when I fuel my body properly how instantly my body responds. And how quickly I forget proper portion sizes…. Have you tried macro counting? It’s work but worth it.

It organizes the bible based on event and strings in together in a way that is easier to comprehend! I highly recommend. I’ve had my Oura ring for six months and I couldn’t be happier.
