My skin feels happier, the quality lasts longer, and I know it’s better for me in the long run.

As we wrap up this Sunday evening, I wanted to share a simple swap that’s been transforming our family’s wind-down time: I swapped the bulbs in Ford and West’s bedrooms for circadian rhythm-friendly lighting — and our evenings (and sleep!) feel so much calmer already 💡

Here’s why I made the switch:
Kids’ brains and bodies are extra sensitive to light cues. Harsh blue-heavy LEDs in the evening can mess with their natural circadian rhythm, making it harder to wind down, fall asleep, and stay asleep. By switching to full-spectrum bulbs we’re gently supporting their sleep hormones, nervous system, and overall calm🤍

The result? Smoother bedtimes, better sleep quality, and happier mornings for all of us. It’s such a simple, low-tox swap that fits right into our family rhythm 🌙 One bulb at a time, we’re creating a more supportive home sanctuary — progress over perfection, always.
