I use that liquid every time I water my fiddle leaf fig. I just use about a tablespoon. I only water it every two weeks. Every two weeks I turn the plant. I add the plant food to the dirt about every 4 to 6 months. I just sprinkle a little bit on the top and scrape it into the dirt. Adding a grow light has helped significantly with the growth on the top of the plant. Then I will wipe down the leaves and spray that polish. I haven’t done in a while and I’m due for it!
