i’m 42. i’ve tried every f*cking beauty thing under $100. here’s my honest ratings.

1. soothing mask — calming, but don’t give much of a glow
2. teeth whitening molds — what I use in between my professional teeth bleaching treatments
3. olive oil shot — my internal Botox
4. 20 min collagen mask — this is a holy sh*t product
5. viral heel exfoliant — did not work for me at all. I can’t believe I showed you guys my gross heels.
6. gua sha cream — thought it was a gimmick, but it actually makes my neck look smoother
7. at-home microneedling — the sounds but micro needling is pretty life-changing if you’re into less crepey, less wrinkled smooth skin
8. thermal brush — I felt like it just fried my hair. That’s all.
9. posture corrector — really does help to fix your posture when you’re wearing it, but I forget to wear it
10. viral spray tan — gives such a deep tan but dries fast so you need to move quickly
11. glass skin spray — this is how I fake a facial
12. body glow — wanna be the sexiest woman in the room? Put this all over your body.
13. dark spot remover — honestly, blown away. I use this on my face every morning too.
14. cellulite device — works but can leave bruises if you’re not careful. I use in the shower when my body is warmed.
15. glutathione for skin brightening — I get why Hailey Bieber and Kylie take glutathione regularly. It totally brighten your skin from the inside out
16. laser hair removal- I get asked all the time if this actually works. Yes, it works! Just time-consuming if using on legs
17. daily sardines — gross but 1000x worth it. Your hair will grow in like crazy, your skin will have this internal glow and you will reach your daily protein requirements so easily.

Literally everything this company makes is magic. I don’t know how they do it. I linked the balm and also the spray that I genuinely feel like everyone needs to own. ● SPF (face, neck, chest, and hands)
My Night Routine
Night 1 – Tretinoin Night
● Double cleanse
● Tretinoin
● Moisturizer, and then occlusive
Night 2 – Exfoliation Night

I only drink organic mold, free coffee. Coffee should not hurt your stomach or give you jitters. Most coffee has mold in it. My At-Home Microneedling Routine

1. Start with freshly fully cleansed skin and a sanitized device (I use the Dr. Pen m8 but I’m not able to link it but linked two other great options) I used a hypochlorous spray Iinked.
2. 0.5 mm on most of the face for collagen support and product absorption. (I use a 16 pinhead and go at a 4-5 speed)
3. 0.25 mm around the eyes and forehead where skin is thinner.
4. Use light, even passes in multiple directions. You don’t need to press hard.
5. Apply growth factors immediately after needling.
6. Follow with Epii HPR Pro Shot while those channels are still open. It’s one of my favorite ways to support collagen, firmness, and smoother texture.
7. Finish with a simple hydrating moisturizer, I really like the epii one because it has ectoin and panthenol. Two ingredients great for healing.
8. Skip exfoliants, acids, retinoids, and excessive sun exposure for the next 24–48 hours.
