My favorite @gapstyle staples are jeans and Ts! My top tips for getting unstuck when you feel bloated and off track:
1. Avoid the scale and mirrors; focus on gratitude in life
2. No body talk at all whether positive or negative and no comparisons
3. Go to bed early and set an early alarm after 8-9 hours of sleep
4. Roll out of bed and walk outside every other AM. Lift weights after breakfast the other days
5. Eat balanced meals only, 3x/day, prioritizing protein between 7am & 6pm
6. Drink only water between meals or add fresh squeezed lemon juice or plain coconut water
7. Drink ONLY ne cup of black coffee with MCT oil AFTER breakfast
8. Add-in adaptogen tinctures best for my constitution and limit stress as much as possible

Natural health care for periods!! I’m all in on anything that is not tampons and ibuprofen which destroy the vaginal microbiome, gut, and liver! When prostaglandins are high aka “cramping” a hot water bottle lowers them and actually helps! Plain coconut water helps with hydration and electrolytes including magnesium which is why I fill this Brumate with it. A stressful lifestyle depletes magnesium which is the relaxation mineral. My favorite feature is the silicone and stainless steel straw that is easy to clean. A bonus is the leakproof lid!

No one sprinkles a little salt in a large stockpot which is why having a salt bowl is a must. Wood cutting boards, a quality chefs knife, and glass storage containers simply make life easier while striving for optimal health!

If I want my man touching me on valentines week, this fit is it! If I want to be able to have full range of motion in my arm, these two pressure points will release frozen shoulder (a very common perimenopause issue!!). I recommend rolling tight knots every day before work or working out for less pain! The lulu align line is a little warmer for winter yoga and lifts which is why I love it going into February.
