If I want my man touching me on valentines week, this fit is it! If I want to be able to have full range of motion in my arm, these two pressure points will release frozen shoulder (a very common perimenopause issue!!). I recommend rolling tight knots every day before work or working out for less pain! The lulu align line is a little warmer for winter yoga and lifts which is why I love it going into February.
