Friday breakfast made easy: raspberry chia toast 🍯🍞 Ingredients: 2 cups of raspberries 2 tablespoons chia seeds 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice 2 tablespoons local honey 1/2 cup cottage cheese (blended) @stonehousebread sourdough Directions: On medium-high heat add raspberries, chia, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of honey into a sauce pot. Mash the fruit to your desired consistency. Remove from the heat and let cool for a few minutes. Toast Stonehouse sourdough, add cottage cheese, top with the raspberry chia jam, and the last tablespoon of honey.
