These maple dijon ham & cheese sandwiches are the kind you’ll crave long after Easter! Save this recipe for your holiday ham leftovers. 🍖🧀🐣 Ingredients 8 slices of @stonehousebread sourdough 8 slices ham 8 thin slices Swiss cheese (2 per sandwich) 1/2 cup mayo (I like @dukes_mayonnaise ) 3 tablespoons dijon mustard 3 tablespoons maple syrup Everything bagel seasoning Preheat oven to 350°F In a small bowl mix mayo, dijon, and maple syrup until smooth. Spread the maple dijon mayo on the inside of each slice of bread. Layer ham and 2 slices of Swiss cheese per sandwich. Spread a layer of the maple dijon mayo on the outside of the bread and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, remove the foil and bake for 10 additional minutes, and broil until the top of the sandwiches get crispy about 4-5 minutes.
