The hill I will die on and lay all on the line about is that THIS is the real way to do a Lymphatic Drainage Massage! So no, not from a vibration plate, not from lymphatic drainage liquid drops that has no FDA trials and test done to support them!

If you truly want to do a successful lymphatic drainage massage, you have to use your hands to manually open your lymph nodes, and physically massage those fluids into those nodes! Turn your volume up and you will literally hear my fluids moving! You can also use wood therapy tools to help get in there even better! I PROMISE it makes SUCH a huge difference!!!

March is all about MOVEMENT for me, & 1 of the most underrated ways to start your fitness journey is simply stretching💚
Stretching helps your muscles
💪🏾release tension
💪🏾reduce soreness
💪🏾improve flexibility
💪🏾support recovery after a workout

When we move our bodies, lactic acid builds up in the muscles & stretching helps relieve that tightness so your body can recover and feel good.

Even 5–10 minutes can make a difference. I hold each stretch for 8-10secs.

Save this for your next recovery day or if you’re starting your movement journey and want to gently challenge and strengthen your body. 💪🏾💚

Peak maturity is really understanding the impact of everything we put to our mouth. My biggest eye opener after becoming a Nutritionist and working with different clients with allllll different kinds of health concerns - the ONE common factor to reverse it all? Their diet.

Almost all illness and disease is caused by inflammation and/or mucus production. Is what you’re eating causing inflammation or is it doing the opposite and actually helping your body thrive ? Food for thought💚

Sometimes you have to be that person who breaks the generational trauma in your bloodline. Sorry I’ve been gone the last week, while January was genuinely a dream come true, February has been traumatizing to say the least.

To whoever needs to hear this today, don’t stoop to any level below you, bask in some self love, and literally give yourself your own flowers!

When the people who are supposed to love and protect you fail you, it’s okay to lean on God, yourself, & your chosen community.

I felt it that this year would be the pivotal one for me. I have a feeling this is the year I burn it all down, and start over fresh again - but for the absolute BEST.
