I didn’t realize how much travel throws off my nervous system until I started doing these 🫠

Life hack: put on reality TV while you work out so your brain is locked into the drama instead of counting minutes on the treadmill. 👀

On today’s training to do list, we have a 5 mile easy run, but since the trails are still muddy from the snowstorm, no trail run today. 🥲

Instead, I learned of a great replacement (thank you to ChatGPT).

Do this workout instead:
• Speed: 3.5 mph
• Time: 45–55 minutes
• Weighted vest: full 10 lb

If the vest gets too heavy, take it off for the last 10 to 15 minutes.

After mat Pilates my body feels every tiny muscle I didn’t even know I had. Add a full day of sessions on top of that and I’m ready for an Epsom salt soak.
The magnesium helps my muscles recover and the salt clears out the energy I’ve been holding. I usually trace a Reiki symbol into the water before I get in and let it be a reset for the night.
Simple, but it always leaves me feeling lighter.
