Sweeten if desired. - Pour the purée into a stand mixer, add the gelatin, and whip on medium-high speed for 15–20 minutes until light, fluffy, and glossy. - Spread the mixture evenly into a 9x13 dish. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set. - Once firm, cut into squares and dust with powdered sugar for extra sweetness.
