I feel like I’m still trying to learn how to do a progression run. My @trainestcoach plan had this one on the schedule for today. I was to jog for 8 minutes,medium pace for 8 minutes and then fast for 4. I should’ve been more strategic so the fast part would’ve been on the flatter part of the run, but reality is a lot of races I do end with hills and then a nice mini straight away. I’m trying to get ready as best I can. Happy Friday!
