These last two days of workouts with my @trainestcoach program. Yesterday- Progression Run- 8 minute Jog, 8 Minutes Medium-I went with 10K pace, 4 minutes- 5K pace Today- 5-90 seconds with 90 second recovery With both of these runs, I created workouts in my Garmin app to be able to track my splits and pace. I put in target paces to help keep me on track. I used to find that annoying, but now I’m finding it to be strategic. When I got the too fast notification, I did slow up a little bit and when I got too slow, I sped up. I have been running for years and I’m still trying to figure it out pacing. Each workout followed up with some core, strength, and stretching. A total of 15 miles for the week! - - 5k runningmama runner
