He was up moving around until after 10 PM yesterday 🥴 Short fast intervals on the treadmill are tricky because when you ramp up the speed you feel like you’re gonna fly off. I had the set to incline at 1.0 and held on for the first couple of seconds. I averaged about .20 for distance. I followed up with some strength moves. @trainestcoach did their thing with this plan.
