It is not always fun waking up early to get my workout done. During the week, it’s my truly my only option if I want a quality work. Whenever I’ve decided to do it later in the day, there’s always something that comes up and it either distracts me while I’m doing the work out or prevents me from working out at all. Even on the weekends, the nap time runs are a struggle when I can do them. It could be partly mental, but also I’m 2-3 meals and running doesn’t feel great iykyk Yes, I would like an extra hour sleep, but I also like getting up, getting my body moving, and checking my workout off in my to do list. Started a new @trainestcoach program today! A 20-minute treadmill run and lower body strength training. Happy Monday!
