Ingredients: * ½ cup unsalted browned butter * ½ cup packed brown sugar * ¼ cup granulated sugar * 1 tablespoon molasses * 2 teaspoons vanilla extract * 1 teaspoon cinnamon * ½ teaspoon baking soda * ¼ teaspoon salt * 1 egg * 1 cup all-purpose flour * 1 and ½ cups old-fashioned oats * ½ chopped walnuts Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350F (180C) degrees. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper or grease with cooking spray. Set aside. 2. In a large bowl, beat together the browned butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well incorporated. 3. Beat the molasses, vanilla extract, and egg into the butter mixture. 4. Add in cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. Mix. 5. Add the flour slowly and mix. 6. Stir in the oats, raisins, and walnuts by hand using a spatula. 7. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, form the dough into balls of about 1 to 1.5 tablespoons and place 2 inches apart on the lined cookie sheets. 8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown 9.
