Four Meat Lasagna Rolls 🍝
 ✨ Save this recipe for later!
Bake: 375°F
Meat Seasoning: 2 tsp each Slap Ya Mama, Badia Complete & Italian seasoning; 1 tsp each garlic powder, smoked paprika & black pepper.
Sauce Seasoning: 2 tsp each Slap Ya Mama, Badia Complete & Italian seasoning; 1 tsp each oregano & black pepper; 2 tbsp fresh basil (or 2 tsp dried).
Ingredients • 1 lb ground beef • 1 lb Italian sausage • 12 oz Cajun sausage, sliced • 4 oz pepperoni, chopped • 1 onion, diced • 1 green bell pepper, diced • 4 garlic cloves, minced • 2 cups crushed tomatoes • 28 oz tomato sauce • 15 oz ricotta • 1 cup mozzarella + 2 cups for topping • ½ cup Parmesan + ½ cup for topping • 2 tbsp parsley • 12 cooked lasagna noodles
Directions
1. Brown Cajun sausage; remove. Sauté onion and bell pepper. Add beef and Italian sausage.
2. Stir in garlic, pepperoni, and Cajun sausage. Add meat seasoning and cook until browned.
3. Stir in crushed tomatoes and tomato sauce. Add sauce seasoning and basil; simmer 20–30 minutes.
4. Mix ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, ½ cup Parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper.
5. Spread filling over each noodle. Top with meat sauce and a little mozzarella, roll up, and place seam-side down in a greased 9×13 dish.
6. Top with remaining sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, and extra pepperoni/Cajun sausage if desired.
7. Cover and bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 10–15 more minutes until hot, bubbly, and golden.
8. Garnish with Parmesan and parsley. Enjoy!

This creamy garlic lemon chicken is cozy, comforting, and perfect for weeknight dinners. You can serve this with mashed potatoes, rice, or pasta!

Ingredients:
6 chicken thighs
6 chicken drumsticks
salt
black pepper
paprika
2 tbsp salted butter
4 sprigs fresh thyme leaves
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp flour
½ cup white wine
½ cup chicken stock
Juice of 1 lemon
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F
2. Season chicken generously with salt, pepper, and paprika in a large bowl.
3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sear chicken skin-side down in batches until golden (about 2 minutes per side). Transfer to a baking dish.
4. Add thyme and garlic to the skillet. Sauté until fragrant (1 min). Whisk in flour to form a paste.
5. Slowly add wine, chicken stock, lemon juice, and cream. Simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in Parmesan until melted.
6. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked and juices run clear.

🍑 Peach Tequila Bellini Slushi 🍑

This frozen peach cocktail is the drink of the summer! Made with juicy peaches, tequila, Grand Marnier, and prosecco, it’s the perfect Ninja Slushi recipe for entertaining, pool days, girls’ nights, and summer parties.

Directions:
1. Drain the peaches and reserve the juice.
2. Blend the peaches with 1 cup of the peach juice until smooth.
3. Pour the peach puree into your Ninja Slushi.
4. Add 4 cups of peach nectar, plus the tequila, Grand Marnier, and prosecco.
5. Run on the Frozen Cocktail setting.
6. Drizzle about 1 tablespoon of grenadine into each glass.
7. Pour the slush over the grenadine and enjoy!

Creamy Garlic Parmesan Beef Linguine 🍝✨

Save this one for your next busy weeknight dinner!

Ingredients:
• 12 oz linguine
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 small yellow onion, diced
• 2 tbsp butter
• 4–5 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1 cup beef broth
1/2 tsp Better Than Bouillon beef base
• 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Seasonings:
• 1½ tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
• ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Garnish
* Fresh parsley
* Extra Parmesan
* Cracked black pepper
* Lightly sprinkled Paprika

Directions:
1. Cook linguine according to package directions.
2. Brown ground beef and onion in a large skillet. Drain excess grease.
3. Add butter and garlic. Cook 1 minute.
4. Stir in all seasonings and Worcestershire sauce.
5. Pour in heavy cream and beef broth. Simmer 3–5 minutes.
6. Reduce heat and stir in Parmesan until smooth.
7. Add cooked linguine and toss to coat.
8. Top with mozzarella, cover, and let melt for 2–3 minutes.
9. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.

🍍🥥 Frozen Piña Colada Popsicles 🍹☀️

These have officially become one of my favorite poolside treat for summer. Sweet pineapple, creamy coconut, fresh lime, and coconut rum

Recipe 👇🏾
✨ Ingredients:
• 6 cups diced pineapple
• 11 oz coconut water
• 7 oz coconut cream
• 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
• Juice + zest of 2 limes
• 14 oz coconut rum (don’t use more than this or I wont freeze)
• Popsicle sleeves or molds

✨ Directions:
1. Add 4 cups pineapple, coconut water, coconut cream, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, lime zest, and coconut rum to a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Add a few pineapple chunks to each popsicle sleeve or mold.
3. Pour the piña colada mixture over the pineapple.
4. Freeze until solid (overnight is best).
5. Grab one, head to the pool, and enjoy. ☀️🍹
*You can even add a little fresh blackberry puree to add variety give it the purple swirl

Easy Crockpot Creamy Creole Chicken Pasta-A cozy, kid-approved dinner that is perfect for busy nights!

Ingredients:
• 2–4 chicken breasts
• Creole seasoning
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 4 oz cream cheese
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• Salt, pepper
• 2 cups frozen broccoli
• 1/2 cup parmesan
• 8 oz cooked pasta (or up to 16 ounces depending on how you like it)

Directions:
1. Add chicken to crockpot, season with Creole seasoning
2. Add broth, cream, cream cheese, butter, garlic.
3. Season with salt, pepper, more Creole.
4. Cook on high 4 hrs (or low 6–7).
5. In last 30 mins, shred chicken, stir in broccoli, parmesan, and pasta.
6. Let it warm through and serve with garlic bread.

So easy! My son doesn’t eat broccoli, but he definitely asked me to make this again 🙌🏾😂

Strawberry Margarita Popsicles🍓🍸✨

This is perfect for Cinco de Mayo, Taco Tuesday, or the Summer

✨[Save this post]✨

What you need:

1 1/4 pounds strawberries
1/4 cup + 1 Tablespoon tequila (silver)
2 Tablespoons honey or agave nectar
2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
4 Limes
Kosher Salt (optional)
Tajin (optional)

Instructions:

Blend the strawberries in a blender until they are puréed.

Add in the tequila, honey and lime juice (then blend)

Pour the mixture into small cups. Insert the popsicle sticks through the lime and add it on top of the mixture (making sure some of the lime is in the mixture, not just on top).

Add salt or Tajin on top, whichever you prefer

Add in freezer until the popsicles are frozen solid.

To unmold the popsicles, cut the top part of the cup and peel off.

Slow cooker ribeye over mashed potatoes ✨

Save this for an easy comfort dinner

Ingredients:
• 5 lbs ribeye
• 1.5 tbsp garlic powder, black pepper, smoked paprika & Tony’s
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 4 celery stalks (chopped)
• 1 bell pepper (chopped)
• 6 garlic cloves (minced)
• 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 4 tbsp butter
• 2 packets au jus gravy mix
• 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
• 2 cups vegetable broth
• 1 cup water
• Mushrooms (add later)

Directions:
Add ribeye to crockpot and season.
Add onion, celery, bell pepper, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, butter, au jus mix, onion soup mix, broth, and water. Stir.
Cook on low for 3 hours.
Add mushrooms and cook for another hour.
Serve over mashed potatoes.

(Optional) Mix 1–2 tbsp cornstarch with 1–2 tbsp water and stir in at the end (after adding the mushrooms) to thicken the sauce.

Here is a kid-approved dinner that’s packed with flavor and is so easy to make!

Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts

Seasoning (*I eyeballed the seasoning, but here are suggested amounts to help guide you):
1 tsp onion powder (or to taste)
1 tsp Cajun seasoning (or to taste)
1 tsp garlic powder (or to taste)
1 tsp Italian seasoning (or to taste)
1 tbsp minced garlic

1 jar marinara sauce
1 jar Alfredo sauce

1 box rigatoni pasta
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Optional: crispy bacon, chopped

Directions:
Season the chicken breasts generously with onion powder, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning (adjust amounts to your taste).

Place the chicken in a crockpot and add a jar of marinara sauce, a jar of Alfredo sauce, and minced garlic.

Stir the sauce and cook on high for 4 hours.

Once the chicken is fully cooked, shred it directly in the crockpot.

While the chicken is cooking, boil the rigatoni pasta according to the directions.

Add the cooked pasta to the crockpot and then add shredded mozzarella cheese and grated parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. You can aso add crispy bacon on top.

Serve with mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese on top (bacon is optional).

I’ve been eating this salad on repeat

I prep all the toppings ahead of time and leave out the lettuce, dressing, and avocado so everything stays fresh. When I’m ready to eat, I just add all the prepared toppings on arugula and add dressing and avocado. It comes together in a couple minutes and it's one less thing I have to think about during the week.
