Loaded Hash Browns Ingredients: -1 package of frozen hash brown patties -1/2 cup dill dip -1 cup shredded cheddar cheese -1/2 cup sour cream -2 green onions, thinly sliced -optional: 4 slices of bacon, cooked until crispy and diced Directions 1. Bake the hash brown patties according to the package directions until golden brown and crispy. 2. Spread about 1 tablespoon sour cream over each hash brown patty. 3. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the hash browns (about 1½ tablespoons per patty). 4. Set oven temperature to 400°F and return the hash browns to the oven for 7–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. 5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the diced bacon evenly over the melted cheese. 6. Add a dollop of the dill dip (about 2 teaspoons per patty) and sprinkle sliced green onions and bacon (if making a non-vegetarian version) on top. 7. Serve while warm and enjoy!
