In my grandparents' Berkshires house, we kept the sink and stove in their original locations, preserved the existing window, and left the exposed beams intact. Norfolk Pt. 1: the living room renovation from our first Hamptons house we bought for ~$635K and later sold for ~$1.95M. (Swipe for before)
