Things I use daily to support my nervous system 🤍

This isn’t about doing everything — it’s about small, consistent tools that help my body regulate, unwind, and recover during busy seasons of life.

Here’s what I actually use:

• Electrolytes — hydration is foundational for nervous system function, especially if you’re active, breastfeeding, or running on little sleep
• Shiatsu neck & back massager — tension lives in the upper body for most moms; this is an easy at-home reset
• Ice roller — great for calming inflammation and giving my system a quick “pause” moment
• Blue light blocking glasses — especially in the evenings to support sleep and circadian rhythm
• Red light therapy — something I personally love for recovery and overall regulation
• Magnesium bath flakes — a nightly or end-of-day ritual that helps muscles relax and signals calm to the body
