I learned to make this easy cheese flan recipe when I was 13 and went to Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 with my dad. Now, at 51 years old, it’s my signature Christmas dessert!

INGREDIENTS
White Sugar 1 cup
Evaporated Milk (1) 12oz can
Condensed Milk (1) 14 oz can
Cream Cheese (1) 8 oz Package
Large Eggs (3)
Concentrated Vanilla Flavor 1 tbsp

INSTRUCTIONS
Prep 15 m
Cook 60 m
Ready In 4 h 15 m
Total Time 5 h 30 m
Preheat to oven 350°F degrees.

In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, melt sugar until completely dissolved. Watch carefully so it does not burn. Remove from heat when it is a dark golden, amber color, 4 to 5 minutes.

Immediately pour the melted sugar into the bottom of the 9″-inch glass baking pan; swirl so that caramel reaches the sides, working quickly before it hardens. Set aside.

Place sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, cream cheese, milk, and vanilla in a blender; blend until smooth.

Place enough water in the tin pan to reach the caramel of the glass pan. Place the glass pan inside the tin pan with the water.

Pour the condensed milk mixture on top.
Bake flan in the preheated oven until a damp table knife or toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 45 minutes to 1 hour. Remove from the oven and let stand for 5 minutes.

Chill flan in the refrigerator until firm, 3 to 4 hours (I chill overnight).

When ready to serve, run a knife around the edges to loosen. Set a plate over the flan and flip it upside-down to invert.

Slice into wedges and serve.

Morning skin care routine // Three face creams that you can use if you have sensitive skin row, Probiotic Power Serum, Biome Barrier Cream and Vanicream Moisturizing Lotion Pump, moisturizing lotion. I have rosacea and sensitive skin, so I have to be really careful but these have all been a game changer and have not affected my skin and have just made it have a nice glow and it’s beautiful. Highly recommend.

Breaking a 3 day water fast… 86 hours to be exact. So more like 3 1/2 days.

This is the first thing I’m having. I was told this is good for the gut health in a nutrition store.

Bone broth is common and I have that after but I do this first.
