girlmom through and through 🥹 If you were thinking of getting dollhouses or pretend play dolls, here are my takeaways: 1. they really have to LOVE pretend play/Barbie for it to be worth the money + space (having a sibling or playmate definitely helps) 2. you don’t need all the accessories — Facebook Marketplace or hand-me-downs are perfect, they don’t use everything at once anyway 3. I don’t recommend the cheap Barbie clothes (esp from Amazon)… they rip so easily and come with way too many tiny shoes that don’t fit half the dolls - get the original clothing when they go on sale 4. avoid bath time / dunking them in water — learned this the hard way… mold is not the vibe 5. Target Barbie sales are the best, so I just keep them in my cart and check out when they go on promo and save them for birthdays and Christmas anyways… I guess I also work part-time at the Dream House now.
