Here’s the formula 🧠: ➡️ Measure the window width × 2–2.5 to determine your curtain panel width (you always want fullness!). ➡️ Hang high + wide — mount your rod 4–6” above the window frame and extend it 8–12” past each side to make your windows look larger and your ceilings higher. My biggest tip? Never hang curtains right at the trim. You want height and volume to create that designer illusion.
