In all honesty, I’m still in shock that this project is happening. I’ve been dreaming about this happening for over 10 years.😱 But I didn’t want to share about it quite yet because… 1.) I didn’t want to get my hopes up / I wanted to keep my expectations low 😝something I’ve been working on for a loooonnnggg time 😬 2.) I didn’t want to come across like I was bragging. I understand what this project projects and I never want people to feel like “we have it all.” We’ve worked hard over the last decade to do a project like this and this isn’t a luxury we take for granted! 3.) A pool adds very little resale value to your home. Guy and I have been doing the real estate business for 11 years and we understand how the market works…pools don’t typically make sense from a profitability standpoint and we’ve just had to become ok with that. BUT….there are a lot of reasons that ended up trumping these reasons.
