MY daily habits that support my HORMONES at 40✨ Swipe through and save this one for later! Don’t try to do all seven at once — pick one or two that feel doable this week and build from there. Small, consistent habits👏🏻 Here’s what I do👇🏻 ▪️ Protein early & often — stabilizes blood sugar and gives my body the building blocks to make hormones. Grass-fed, grass-finished beef from a cow we buy locally is my go-to. ▪️ Fiber from real food — helps bind and eliminate excess estrogen and keeps blood sugar steady. Flaxseed, cruciferous veggies, berries, and oats are my staples. ▪️ Raw carrot salad — the skin-on fiber binds estrogen in the gut so it gets eliminated instead of reabsorbed. Especially helpful in the luteal phase. ▪️ Morning light — sets my circadian rhythm and supports a healthy cortisol rise for natural energy, plus better melatonin at night. ▪️ Evening wind-down — blue-light blocking glasses, warmer lighting, and magnesium help my nervous system downshift so sleep (and hormone regulation) can do their job. ▪️ Supportive movement — strength work and weighted walks build resilience without spiking cortisol. Movement that builds me up, not depletes me. ▪️ Gentle detox — castor oil liver packs, sauna, vibration plate, and rebounding support lymphatic flow and the body’s natural clearance pathways.
