I try to rebound after eating because:

I use that liquid every time I water my fiddle leaf fig. I just use about a tablespoon. I only water it every two weeks. Every two weeks I turn the plant. I add the plant food to the dirt about every 4 to 6 months. I just sprinkle a little bit on the top and scrape it into the dirt. Adding a grow light has helped significantly with the growth on the top of the plant. Then I will wipe down the leaves and spray that polish. I haven’t done in a while and I’m due for it! And mind you, I have a black thumb! So if I can do this, you can😅😅

High-Protein Pizza (about 40g protein)

For the crust:
* ½ cup cottage cheese
* ½ cup liquid egg whites
* ⅓ cup flour (I used gluten free)
* ½ tsp baking powder
* Salt
* Garlic powder
* Oregano
* Pinch of red pepper flakes

Toppings:
* 2–3 tbsp pizza sauce
* Part-skim mozzarella
* Turkey pepperoni or chicken sausage (optional)
* Fresh basil

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Blend the cottage cheese and egg whites until smooth.
3. Stir in flour, baking powder, and seasonings.
4. Spread thinly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza pan.
5. Bake about 15–20 minutes until golden and set.
6. Add sauce, cheese, and toppings.
7. Bake another 5–8 minutes until bubbly.

if you want the no bullsh*t version of what I'd actually spend my money on, here it is:

1. PDGF — helped my under-eyes look less hollow.
